Sasuke & Taka sneak into Konoha to kill Danzo while Pain is sent to the Kage Summit.
Kakuzu & Hidan are defeated quite easily.
Kakashi summons Gamabunta and defeats(he does it easier then Naruto did) Gaara but major change Kakashi doesn’t give care about Gaara’s sad backstory(He doesn’t even relate to it even if he cared enough to listen to it) and straight up executes Gaara this means Kankuro & Temari attack him but he easily deals with them likely killing them as well.
However unlike Originally him being the Jinchuriki of the Nine Tails is never leaked by Danzo,
He isn’t Asura Reincarnate
Naruto gets placed on Team Minato(why? IDK maybe Minato hand picked his team and liked Naruto)

Orochimaru arrives where the Four Kage had fought Madara and all of the Kage sans Naruto are dead Naruto is only alive due to his Uzumaki Life Force but Orochimaru heals him and they go join the fight.
Shikamaru Neji & Hinata would go to find Kiba and find him dead and then they would defeat Sakon/Ukon.
So Kakashi graduates the academy Top of the class(Sasuke & Kakashi were competing for this role) and is placed on Team 7(Kakashi here is placed on the team due to Naruto having the Sharingan and theoretically being able to Genjutsu the Nine Tails)
Sasuke’s story
Black Zetsu gives Madara BOTH his Rinnegan allowing Madara to absorb Hashirama’s Senjutsu and starting a new front to the battle,
The Sharingan which is a pretty useful ability(he wouldn’t have MS in part one at least)
Kakashi fights Manda summon Gamabunta together the manage to defeat Manda forcing him to poof away.
So Team 7 do there missions and eventually go on the Wave Mission however they need not worry as Naruto obliterates Zabuza(because its Naruto he likely doesn’t kill him) resulting in Haku stepping in to get Zabuza out of there.
The Rasengan(as Minato would still have taught his student it) and likely the Big Ball Rasengan(both mastered to the point of one handed) and with a little bit of time to charge up he can do a Odama Rasengan
Naruto stays Hokage for into Boruto as Kakashi doesn’t want to become Hokage here.
Kakashi & Tsunade get into a fight due to Kakashi calling Tsunade some rude words(like calling her a disgrace of shinobi) Kakashi tries to use the Rasengan but it fails and Tsunade makes a bet with Kakashi(Which Kakashi take up because at this point he is very arrogant)
During the 4(10) years Kakashi would invent Chidori realize its flaws then patch them out by inventing Shiden.

The Chunin exams role up and Naruto signs them up for it(every member of his team is easily Chunin Level)
Post War
Hinata goes to forfeit but Kakashi stops her and says that a Shinobi should “must never show any weakness and that forfeiting now even against an Ally & Friend would show weakness.” which normally wouldn’t really have the same impact as Naruto’s speech but coming from Kakashi(at this point) this is kind of inspiring for her.

Everything else during the Attack probably stays similar.
Minato & Hashirama are beating up Madara pretty badly but this changes while everyone was distracted with the Juubi or Madara Black Zetsu attached to Obito and used Rinne Rebirth on Madara causing him to be able to defeat Hashirama & Minato
After learning this they throw as much as they can at Obito for as long as they can and do manage to deal a big blow a Shiden through the chest but then Madara arrives & the Juubi is born and things take a turn and that’s not the end of it as Obito absorbs the Juubi,
When Kakashi & Killer B start there fight with Obito & The Jinchuriki due to Kakashi being stronger then Naruto was they are actually holding there own pretty well eventually Tsunade & Guy Zabuza & Haku show up and Kakashi unlocks KCM2(again Kurama is only doing this because he know he will die if he doesn’t do this)
Lee challenges Kakashi to a fight as Kakashi was the Top of his class and Lee gets his teeth kicked in as Kakashi is way more powerful then Sasuke was at this point.
Sasuke easily wins his fight.
Sasuke & Taka are sent after Killer Bee however they fail to capture him as normal kicking off a Kage Summit.
Kaguya is revived and simply put you have a Stronger Version of Naruto(Kakashi) a Stronger Sasuke a Stronger Version of Kakashi(Naruto) as well as a Stronger Sakura(Hinata) and Obito so the fight just goes better then in Canon and Kaguya is defeated Obito doesn’t even die this time.
Konan goes to attack but Jiraiya waves her off saying that their not there to fight but to talk Jiraiya asks them why there doing this and Nagato explains everything and Naruto & Jiraiya manage to Talk No Jutsu Nagato(but this time Nagato doesn’t have to give his life to revive everyone but he does give them information about Sasuke)
This means Naruto Uzumaki becomes the Hokage.
Naruto gets beat by Tsukuyomi.
Sasuke vs Gaara goes similarly but Sasuke is much more powerful here so Gaara is getting thrashed even more until he enters his monster form but even then Sasuke is still beating Gaara up until he enters full transformation and at that point Sasuke is outclassed and Kakashi steps in.
The Sand Village(And by extension Land of Wind) here probably collapses(Due to not having a clear line of succession resulting in it devolving into civil war)
Naruto sends a team Tsunade(as team leader) Kakashi Hinata & Team Guy.
Kakashi’s power has also effected Sasuke’s(who is in a one sided rivalry with Kakashi) I would say Sasuke is comparable to his End of Part One Self.
Resulting in him being very rule focused hoping by following the rules he can honor the Village & his parents(a departure but it was the best I could think of to get the personality of
This Kakashi has not been trained by Minato(who is a Highly skilled Ninja) which would reduce his Power by quite a bit
Remember how I said Kurama was planning on leaving Kakashi well as Kakashi got the “Better” half of Kurama that doesn’t happen now the other “Worse” half doesn’t rejoin with him this time however.
Sasuke & Kakashi have there rooftop battle but its one side and Kakashi beats up Sasuke this makes Sasuke EVEN angrier.
Though I will say its hard to say if Hinata would actually have a crush on Kakashi(Ugg such a weird thing to say) as Kakashi is very different then Naruto he doesn’t have the same attitude of never giving up but for this I will just say yes she still has a crush but its not as much as she originally did for Naruto.
Kakashi chases Sasuke
Hinata does lose but she does make a great display this results in her being made a Chunin.
Kakashi goes off to train with Jiraiya.
The 8 Tails Capture arc kicks off
Naruto(the kinda difficult one) is 26–27 but the problem is we can’t just look at 26–27 year old Naruto for a few reasons
Tsunade & Hinata both begin to try and revive Kakashi while Orochimaru Karin & Jugo try to heal Sasuke,
Pain however is a different story with Onoki Ay Mei & Naruto and all there body guards he is kind of outmatched here in quite a big way and is likely defeated however with Jiraiya there he would realize the real pain isn’t among them and this causes Kakashi to activate Sage Mode(which he recently learned) and stab himself with one of the Black Receiving Rods and Jiraiya Kakashi & Naruto go off and find Nagato.
With Gaara’s death the Akatsuki’s plans are delayed lets say another year(so 4 years instead of the normal 3) as they have to wait for the 1 Tail to reform.
He would also be Asura Reincarnate
The Squads head to the village and pick up intel about what happened apparently the 1 tails had reappeared near the Village however Two figures in Black Cloaks with Red Clouds defeated the 1 tails and dragged it away.
Zabuza would refuse to fight Naruto again as he is way stronger then himself so he just straight up kills Gato & his men and takes as much of his money as he could carry.
Double however Hiruzen tells him of his parents & him being a Jinchuriki at a younger age and places a lot of expectations on Kakashi(telling him how much his parents loved the Village and how Great of Shinobi they were)
So I would place this Naruto probably around like Base Jiraiya Base Tsunade Level like around the Base Sannin Level(which in Part One is pretty strong)
Team 7 goes through a few changes
Student Hinata Hyuuga
Naruto also talks to Kakashi and tries to tell him that the Rules are all well in good but your Comrades are just as important and this one does connect overtime Kakashi has come to see Hinata Naruto & even Sasuke as true friends and he thinks to himself if there was ever a time where the Rules put his friends in danger could he abandon them and the answer would be No he couldn’t.
Major Events during the 4 years
Obito is tried for his crimes and likely put to death but before he dies he gives Naruto his other eye.
But what he does have is
Kakashi easily even weakened beats Kiba.
As For Boruto(It wouldn’t be called Boruto maybe Sakumo) you have just a Significantly stronger version of Naruto & a Stronger Sasuke so it probably just goes much better.
Sasuke & Orochimaru turn out pretty similar to in canon.
Hinata & Team Guy fight Sasori and defeat him REALLY easily.
Kakashi tries to fight Madara but due to the fatigue of all his battles he can’t and gets Kurama pulled from him Sasuke also tries but is defeated.
After the fight Sasuke still does his thing but again even though he is stronger then in Canon Kakashi is THAT much stronger and just defeats Sasuke with Middling Difficulty(They don’t lose there arms)
So factoring everything in Kakashi at this point should be Jounin Level which is pretty far above what Part One Naruto was even at his peak.
Guy uses the 8th Gate to fight Madara loses badly this time due to facing a stronger Madara and not having Minato’s Kakashi or Gaara’s support and Guy dies kicking a Truth Seeking Orb.
Student Kakashi Hatake
This is such a difficult question to answer because Naruto & Kakashi aren’t the same people in a very major way that it changes the entire series but ill try to answer this.
Kakashi trains with Jiraiya for the month as “Normal”
Eventually Naruto accidently while trying to save Rin kills her.
Kakashi fights Kabuto but Kabuto and him are actually evenly match until Kakashi pull out the Rasengan which allows Kakashi to defeat Kabuto this also causes Tsunade to get inspired and beat up Orochimaru however once again Kakashi lack of Talk no jutsu comes into effect Tsunade gets over her fear of blood and she agrees to go back to Konoha but she does not agree to become Hokage.
Naruto as the Hokage would get a visit from an envoy from the Daimyo of the Land of Rivers(this Daimyo in recent years has grown in power due to the fall of the Land of Wind allowing the Land of Rivers to expand into them and they have allied with Konoha) this envoy tells Naruto that there have been rumors of Akatsuki activity inside of there borders near a village on the border of what was the Land of Wind but now is apart of the Land of Rivers.
When Kakashi fights Kimimaro he actually overwhelms him at first and deals substantial damage him and is probably about to kill him when Lee arrives but Kakashi hesitates and decides to knock him out Lee then takes Kimimaro back to Konoha for questioning.
Naruto goes with Kakashi & Jiraiya as his Body Guards.
Sasuke & Taka are on their way back to the Akatsuki Hideout when they are confronted by Kakashi & Naruto.
Now we have to talk about the power levels of these character
Going into the search for Tsunade arc
They investigate and come across a cave where they find Sasori & Deidara doing a ritual sealing the 1 tails just as they arrive(Mind you Itachi & Kisame’s clones wouldn’t be there as Sasori & Deidara aren’t expecting an attack)
Sasuke still goes with the sound four but he has even less hesitation about it.
Kakashi is devastated by this not only did one of his comrades die but Sasuke also managed to get away he swears to himself that he will not allow any more of his comrades to die and he will bring Sasuke back.
Hinata vs Kakashi
We now how the VERY cursed Naruto Sensei
Zabuza & Haku are both killed in this battle being far out of there depths,
Kakashi is sent with Killer B to train his jinchuriki powers now on Kakashi’s relationship with Kurama its very different Kurama respects Kakashi more then he did Naruto but they aren’t friends by any means and Kakashi wouldn’t have that presence & charisma that Naruto did so while Kurama agrees to let Kakashi use his Chakra freely Kurama is planning on post defeating “Madara” leaving Kakashi(effectively killing him)
Kakashi & Tsunade fight Deidara and defeat him pretty easily killing him
The Beginning half of the War really stays the same Kakashi & Bee Fight Itachi & Nagato ending in a similar scenario.
Hinata’s higher confidence & training with Kakashi has probably put her on par with Neji.
Naruto tries to talk no jutsu Sasuke but it doesn’t work Sasuke at this point is way too far gone.
However This Kakashi also has way more Chakra(from the Nine Tails & I won’t be factoring in him being half Uzumaki) & has a Advanced Healing Factor
The problem now is they can’t hit Obito without Kamui so they just kind of have to stall and hope Obito’s stamina gives out but they are aided by an unexpected Ally Konan(who is badly scarred on one side of her body) who tells them about the 5 minute limit of Kamui,
Both Kakashi & Sasuke are far stronger then there canon counterparts(Naruto for Kakashi) they use a Nine Tails Susanoo clad Avatar and manage to box up Juubito pretty well to the point where the Juubi rips itself free of Obito.
But Hope arrives as the 4 Hokage plus Sasuke arrive,
He is still a Half Uzumaki meaning he still has a lot of Chakra(Naruto at 16 years old in base had about 4x Wind arc Kakashi’s chakra so lets say Naruto at 26 has 40x Wind Arc Kakashi’s chakra in Base)
Now this fight is very different Minato & Hashirama go to deal with Madara while Kakashi Tobirama Sasuke Tsunade Guy Killer B Zabuza Haku fight Juubito,
Kakashi arrives back in Konoha and Him & Hinata fight Naruto and manage to defeat him(Mostly Kakashi)
Kakashi on the night of his birth has the Nine Tails sealed within him,
Tsunade & Guy fight the seven Swordsmen of the Mist easily defeating them this time around with the Aid of Zabuza & Haku who hearing about the War joined in(For Money of course)
Sasuke’s healing is going well but Kakashi’s is going poorly until the defeated Minato crawls to Kakashi’s body and gives him the other half of Kurama this allows Kakashi to not die,
He doesn’t have the Rasenshuriken(as he needed Kurama’s Chakra to create that)
The Sage Of Six Paths Shows up and gives Kakashi & Sasuke his power.
Asuma still dies and Shikamaru would still want revenge and Kakashi the newly minted Jounin would agree to assist them.
Itachi & Kisame find Kakashi try to take him but Sasuke arrives and then Jiraiya arrives and then Itachi & Kisame flee.
The Forrest of Death goes similarly however Orochimaru is pressured a lot more as all of team 7 is way above what they normally are but its still Orochimaru and he is still way more powerful then them so Sasuke gets the Curse Mark but I will say this would be the first time Kakashi tapped into the Kyuubi’s Chakra.
Hinata would train with her clan and Neji for the month(Neji has had his whole world view kinda upended as he has always seen Hinata as a Failure and that Failure defeat him)
First we have to clear some things up I will try to make the characters as similar as possible but there will be major changes.
Onto the less cursed half of this Kakashi is the Son of Minato Hatake? & Kushina Uzumaki(Minato changes less so we will go with him having the name swap)
Kakashi likely still saves Hinata(because at least in the Anime Kakashi saves Guy from some Bullies) however Ko wouldn’t take Hinata away from Kakashi as he doesn’t know he is the Nine Tails Jinchuriki meaning Hinata & Kakashi would be friends here this inspires Hinata to train harder and she trains with Kakashi resulting in her being more confident and more skilled,
He doesn’t have Kurama or any of the other Biju’s Chakra
Sasuke for about 3 years would stay the same until he betrayed Orochimaru(which he would still do during the time he originally did) and began gathering his team like normal and he would confront Itachi and they would have there battle it would end like normal and Sasuke still learns of what actually happened during the Uchiha Massacre but this time he isn’t sent after Biju instantly because the Akatsuki isn’t collecting them yet so he would just work for the Akatsuki for 1 year training during that time in order to get strong enough to destroy Konoha.
The Sensei Naruto Uzumaki
He doesn’t Sage Mode(because he isn’t close to Jiraiya so he would never gain Toad Summoning)
Before the full on start of the war Obito kills Nagato taking the Rinnegan.
Student Sasuke Uchiha
Kakashi(the easier one) is 12–13 years old and depending on your interpretation this is the same age Kakashi would have become a Jounin in the original however there are factors to consider
He doesn’t Six Paths Chakra
Start of Shippuden
Now Naruto also had arrived and sees Obito and goes to him and begins to Talk no Jutsu him which works like in Canon and Obito switches sides.
Kakashi in the Last I guess ends up with HInata.
Kiba sadly dies here(without Kankuro his only backup would arrive too late) and Shikamaru would have died had Hinata & Neji not stepped in to help him.
Team Minato goes on all the same missions as in canon and then the Kanabi Bridge happens but Naruto would back up Obito in going to help Rin instantly this doesn’t change anything Naruto loses an eye pushing Obito out of the way and Naruto gains the Sharingan.
The Four Kage fight Madara and do FAR better do to Naruto being there but its still Madara so they get beat down badly(yah some Major changes are coming up)
At some point during the 4 years Kakashi would be taught the Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu and he would quickly figure out he can use this to enhance his training(Now Kakashi can’t do this on the same level as Naruto could originally do it but he can use up to 5 clones for training for about 12 hours then he needs to rest for the rest of the day meaning Kakashi would get roughly 10 years of training in the 4 years)
Sasuke & Taka kill Danzo quite easily.
Sasuke trains with Naruto as “normal”
The Squads return home.
Neji vs Hinata would change and I think due to Neji underestimating Hinata he would lose barely meaning the next fight would be Kakashi vs Hinata.
Kakashi vs Sasuke goes similarly to on how there fight on the rooftop went at first but once Sasuke unlocks his 3 Tome Sharingan he does a little bit better then he activates CM2 and he is able to keep up with Base Kakashi but once Kakashi goes Kyuubi Mode he is getting thrashed around but Orochimaru realized something like this might happen so he sends Kabuto to assist Sasuke’s retreat basically Kabuto shows up summons Manda and dips with Sasuke.
Team 7 while waiting for Zabuza to recover they train but he never returns and when they look for Gato they find him dead so they just return Home.
Naruto Uzumaki is the son of Sakumo Hatake & OC Uzumaki his mother died in child birth and eventually his father killed himself however this time the entire village shuns him because of his father this causes Naruto to want attention and kind of become the same person as in canon.
Kakashi’s Training
Without saying a word Sasuke draws his sword and they begin to fight Naruto fights Taka while Kakashi fights Sasuke and to say Taka is outmatched here is an understatement their soundly defeated however just as Sasuke is about to be defeated “Madara” appears and grabs him fleeing with him.
The First Half of the Sasuke retrieval arc(Hinata would also be there this time) would go about the same until Kakashi vs Kimimaro we don’t see many changes
Kakashi & Sasuke face down Madara and defeat him with middling difficulty this allows Black Zetsu to revive Kaguya.
